Charlotte Russe is the latest retailer to announce they are shutting down all their locations.

According to USA Today, a judge approved the sale of Charlotte Russe's assets to SB360 Capital Partners LLC during a court hearing on Wednesday (March 6). SB360 is a liquidation company and court documents say that

liquidation sales "shall commence no later than March 7" and end "no later than April 30"

Charlotte Russe filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection back in early February and put itself up for sale, claiming that if it didn't find a buyer it would simply liquidate its assets. The retailer employs more than 8,700 people in over 500 stores in 49 states and Puerto Rico including the Acadiana Mall location here in Lafayette.

According to their website, all sales are final.
