Louisiana Governor Jeff Landry got a live tiger on the sideline for the LSU and Alabama game last weekend, and now a star from "Tiger King" is voicing her opinion on the matter.

Carole Baskin who rose to fame after the debut of "Tiger King" on Netflix slammed the Louisiana governor for having a tiger imported to Baton Rouge from Florida.

As you may recall, Landry lobbied with LSU to have a live tiger on the sideline before the biggest game of the year at "Tiger Stadium" and they were able to get a tiger from Flordia on the sideline, rather than LSU's live mascot who lives on campus.

LSU has not had a live tiger on the sideline since 2015, and the university no longer parades their mascot around the field out of concerns for its mental health.

Well, now that the tiger made its way to debut in "Death Valley" Carole Baskin has voiced her concerns about the decision to bring a live tiger into the stadium. Baskin said, "Bringing a live tiger to a football game is quite possibly a violation of the federal Lacey Act and Louisiana's own dangerous animal laws, and it also sends the wrong message to students about respect for wildlife."

The reality TV star would go on to say, "Trucking a wild animal all the way from central Florida for a spectacle is a blatant disregard for the tiger's well-being and reinforces the dangerous idea that nature exists solely for our entertainment."

If you missed Omar Bradley, that's the live tiger from Florida, in Tiger Stadium, here's a look at the animal on the sideline before the game last Saturday night.

The owners of Omar said in an interview that LSU accommodated them days before the game so the Bengal Tiger could get accustomed to its surroundings.

Still, that did not stop some from signing petitions and even protesting outside of LSU's stadium before the game.
