Cajundome Announces Refund Policy for Upcoming 2020 Concerts
A couple of weeks ago, Ticketmaster announced a refund policy regarding postponed events. Basically, if the event you bought a ticket for was rescheduled, then you could get a refund.
Yesterday, Live Nation announced basically the same thing for the upcoming Cajundome 2020 concerts that were rescheduled due to the coronavirus.
If you have tickets for KISS, Kane Brown, or Luke Bryan, you can request a refund now through May 30.
There are two ways to go about getting a refund:
- For guests that purchased their tickets through Ticketmaster:
Patrons who purchased their tickets directly on Ticketmaster.com can log into their online account starting May 1 and click on their event tickets to request a refund. The refund period is only open for 30 days after a rescheduled concert date has been announced or May 1-30 for shows that have previously announced. - For guests that purchased tickets directly at the CAJUNDOME Box Office:
Please call the CAJUNDOME Box Office Manager at 337-265-2113. The CAJUNDOME is operating with limited staff and hours due to the pandemic, so please leave a clear message with your name, phone number and the event name and expect to hear back from the Manager within 7 days with refund information. We appreciate your patience during this time.
If the rescheduled date for any of these shows you have tickets for is still good for you, then there is no further action needed. Your tickets will be good for the new date.
The dates for these rescheduled concerts are as follows:
- Kane Brown - Thursday, August 6
- KISS - Wednesday, October 7
- Luke Bryan - Wednesday, October 28
