Young Couple Gets Engaged at Concert in Lafayette Cajundome

(Lafayette, Louisiana)  A young man got down on one knee Thursday night inside the Cajundome to ask for his girlfriend's hand in marriage.

The memorable moment occurred during the Luke Bryan concert in Lafayette, and there was so much excitement during this wedding proposal that it actually caught the attention of Bryan while on stage.

Monica Boatright, who captured the proposal on camera, said that Luke Bryan actually stopped the show when he heard the crowd reacting to the moment, and he even asked them their age.

Boatright tells me that Bryan gave the young couple some advice, but she doesn't recall what he said because she was so excited for the couple. She also apologized for the blurry photos, explaining that she was so nervous and excited that she couldn't contain her movements while snapping these memorable photos.
