They sent a good-natured cease and desist, on a parchment scroll, via town crier, along with the gift of Super Bowl tickets. When Brooklyn based Lineup Brewing named a beer for Beyonce, her response was less than enthusiastic. She hit them with a case and desist, demanding the company cease production of Biereyonce'. The owner, Katarina Martinez, told pitchfork.com the name was meant as a tribute. She said, “As a Hispanic, female run business, I am very inspired by her so I thought I’d pay homage.
