Beaullieu Dog Park Closed For A Few Hours Today

There is some work that needs to be done at Beaullieu Park, so it will be closed for several hours today.

There are some drainage issues at the park, so the facility will be closed between 7 o'clock this morning and 2 o'clock this afternoon.

Officials with the Lafayette Parks Department say that they do plan to get the dog park back up and running as usual later today.

This is all part of a program working to solve drainage issues at Beaullieu Park.

The third phase of this project begins next year.
