Are These The Worst Places In Louisiana? [Video]

 I've lived in Lafayette, Louisiana for nearly 40 years. I love it here! unemployment & crime are low. Incomes are healthy. The schools are good. Visits to New Orleans are always enjoyable.

There are a lot of great places in the bayou state. That being said, some are better than others. There are Louisiana communities where crime & unemployment are high, drug use is rampant, and graduation rates are low.
