You may or may not remember, depending on your age, when Willie Nelson's hair was bright red. Willie's 81 now and wears his age like a badge of honor. He cut his hair short in the early 80's, and Johnny Cash made a gift of the fiery red braids to long-time friend and collaborator Waylon Jennings in 1983. Reuters reports, an anonymous bidder paid $37,000 for them at an auction of more than 2,000 items from Jennings' estate last weekend in Arizona.
