Adam Levine and Stevie Nicks on “Remedy” from New Maroon 5 Album

JORDI is the new album from Maroon 5 featuring lead singer Adam Levine. The album, the band's first in nearly four years, honors Levine's childhood friend and the band's manager, Jordan Feldstein, who passed away in 2017.

Although JORDI is a salute to the band's long-time friend and manager, the overall feel of the album is fun and a nice way to come out of a pandemic.

JORDI features a remix of Maroon 5's huge hit "Memories", an appearance from the late rapper JuiceWRLD and a pleasant surprise...a vocal contribution from the legendary Stevie Nicks.

Nicks appears in the song "Remedy". Levine and Nicks make magic on the track. Maroon 5 continues to stay relevant and so does Stevie Nicks, making this paring simply perfection. The song isn't wild and loud but rather medium and smooth.

The guitar is reminiscent of classic Fleetwood Mac and the vocals an excellent fit between the pop-rocker and the queen of rock.

In the opening of the song, the vocals are pitched too far down, making the vocals sound odd but if you can get past the first few seconds of the songs, you will hear music magic between the staying power and attitude of Adam Levine and the classic vocals of Stevie Nicks.
