A second grade student in Independence Missouri found a $100 winning scratch off ticket and donated proceeds to a local Thanksgiving food drive. KSHB reports, 7 year old Phoebe Brown found the winning ticket in a parking lot, while shopping with her mother, Audrey. Phoebe spotted it on the ground after her mom had walked over it. When she picked it up, it proved to be a $100 dollar winner. When Audrey asked what Phoebe wanted to do with the money, she said she wanted to donate it to her School's Thanksgiving mission. Phoebe's parents matched the $100 & they went grocery shopping. The canned goods were donated to Sycamore Elementary's food drive. God bless you, Phoebe.
