This is the last of my 5 part series, 25 Ways To Pick Yourself Up When Feeling Down.  Plus two bonus ways for a total of 27.  I was thinking today how doctors are so quick to prescribe medication to alter people's moods and how that may not always be necessary.  These suggestions may be all you really need.

Here are the final 5 steps to pick yourself up when you're down.  I also give you two bonus steps that are easy to do and they work.  This series has been exciting to do, but most of all I hope it touched all who watched it.

This week has taught me something myself, 'cause like everyone else, life can be challenging and I find myself defeated some days.  This week will help me to overcome the things that get me down, for years to come.  I hope the same for you.
