2015 Krewe des Chiens Canine Parade
Are you ready for Mardi Gras? I know I am! The coolest parade (well in my opinion) is the Krewe des Chiens dog parade that takes place in Lafayette every year.
I mean when you combine Mardi Gras, costumes, and those fur babies you know it is going to be adorable.
The parade will be held on Saturday, February 7 at 2 p.m. in Downtown Lafayette. There will also be a costume contest that will take place at noon in front of Putnam Park. The theme for Krewe des Chiens is 'Super Pups.' Be sure to mark your calendars!
The Krewe is a non-profit organization that helps support animal charities in the Acadiana area.
