13-year-old Rion Paige from Jacksonville, Florida is a very special young lady. Rion has a rare disease called arthrogryposis multiplex congenita which has deformed the joints in her wrists and left her almost completely blind in her right eye, but Rion has never let her disease get in the way of her passion. Singing.

“Ever since I was little I would just sort of find a way to get to a microphone,” she explained to producers. “I would put it in between my knees, and try to get it into my foot, and put it in my mouth.”

When the charismatic Rion took the 'X-Factor' stage and began to sing Carrie Underwood's 'Blown Away', the looks on the faces of the celebrity judges were priceless.

We're not sure how far Rion will go in the competition, but her vocal talent along with her ability to fight in the face of adversity will make her succesful no matter what she choses to do in her life. Good luck Rion!
