Talk about a bad day at work. James Valentine, 21, employee of Adler Tree Service in Gibsonia, Pa., had a chain saw kick back while he was in a harness and the saw embedded in his chest and neck. A co-worker climbed the tree to assist Valentine, getting him to the ground where police and doctor who was on the scene took the motor off the saw keeping the the saw and blade in place to control bleeding.

Allegheny General Hospital removed the saw and blade that only hit muscle and NO MAJOR ARTERIES OR BLOOD VESSELS.  Amazing!
