I have noticed this fairly NSFW picture all over Facebook recently, with the title "98.8% of people can't watch this video for more than 5 seconds!".

Before we get too far into this, I can understand where women, upon seeing this gross picture, might want to watch the video to learn more about how to protect herself from having her breasts invaded by aliens.  Or bugs.  Or whatever other unearthly affliction that has grabbed hold of this poor woman's breast.  Relax already:  it's a fake.

The picture appears to show a infected, or infested, breast.  The photo is a fake.  Or, should I say, it is a superimposed pair of photos:  one is a breast, the other is a lotus seed pod.

The picture is quite disturbing, and if you'd like to see the original, probably NSFW "fake" photo, you can click here (but it might make your skin crawl).

The origins of the hoax can be found on Snopes.

My suggestion is to quit clicking on videos/pictures that tell you that you "must share" on Facebook before you can view the picture or video.  On the other hand, it is quite interesting to see which of my Facebook "Friends" are trying to watch these freaky movies!!
