Truck Driver Pulls Over Speeding Cop On Cell Phone In Rain [VIDEO]

Brian Miner pulled over a cop, yes HE pulled over a cop he saw speeding while he was talking on a cell phone in the rain.  The incident happened in Illinois and has become one of the most talked about videos on the internet.

He saw the cop speeding on a wet road, talking on his cell phone, and he honked his horn until the cop pulled over.  At first the officer tried to intimidate Miner but soon the table was turned.

Was the driver right in stopping the cop?  Are police above the law.  Did the policeman do anything wrong?  What do you think?
