If you kiss someone for the first time and sparks fail to fly, the two of you are probably not compatible.  That special connection you feel toward someone has a lot to do with the bacteria in your mouth and theirs.  Research claims, for that emotional connection and true love, the bacteria have to match up.

The new study from researchers out of the Netherlands have released the results of a study about kissing and have figured out why sparks fly sometime and other times...nothing.

When you kiss someone, you pass each other a bunch of bacteria especially if it involves tongues.  You transfer 80 million bacteria for every 10 seconds you kiss.  Your brain reacts better when the bacteria in your mouth is similar to the person you're kissing.  When the bacteria matches, you are more romantically compatible with each other...that's a fact.
