A California high school student staged an undercover sting operation to catch the thief that was stealing money from kids' backpacks.  Who she caught, will astound you.

Linden High School sophomore Justine Betti hid in a locker in hopes of catching the crook who had been taking cash from book bags during gym class for the past year.
