July 23, 2012 From the discussions I have had with 'health care professionals', the 3 main things to remember when trying to lose weight are 1) eat less (control your caloric intake); 2) move more (exercise); and 3) get with a 'trainer' or a group of people with similar goals (like the folks at R.A.G.E Training, which happens to be today's Seize the Deal!).

June 13, 2012 My friend took some video yesterday from a local store. He noticed some kids playing near the Evangeline Thruway.
The kids would walk up to the street and then pretend that they trip, falling onto the Thruway.
June 13, 2012 What was the #1 item of interest in my news feed this morning? A video that claimed to be of two cats that had been under anesthesia. The video was cute, cats wobbling across the floor, in search of their food bowls like a couple of drunkards.
