The cast of season 16's 'Dancing With the Stars' was announced, and unlike most of the previous seasons, you may actually know some of the stars on this one.
‘Dancing with the Stars‘ season 15 is just around the corner, and we realize you all want to know if Olympic gold medalist Ryan Lochte will be fulfilling his wish of appearing on the celebrity reality show. Well, the quick answer to that is, not this year. But with the official casting announcement for the upcoming season announced Monday morning on ‘Good Morning America,’ there will definitely be some familiar faces in the mix.
A couple months ago, ‘Dancing with the Stars‘ announced an upcoming all-star season in which they’d bring back contestants from years past to compete for ultimate bragging rights (and, we assume, a moon-sized mirrorball trophy). Now we know who those celeb dancers will be.
I will go so far in my profession of television love to admit that one might call certain reality shows my guilty pleasure.

With so many amazing contenders in the ‘Dancing with the Stars‘ semifinals, it was really anyone’s guess who’d leave after Tuesday night’s elimination show.
So which three couples will move on to next week’s big finale?
There’s usually a thick blanket of anxiety that sweeps over contestants and audience members alike when the results portion of the show comes about. Nobody likes seeing their favorites go home, but in this particular results episode of ‘Dancing with the Stars,’ we’re seeing a double elimination. Ouch. Not fun.
After last week’s classic night on ‘Dancing with the Stars,’ one would think that it can’t get any more difficult before they begin the semi-finals. Well, when you’ve got six couples adding an additional person to their group to go on a trio dance-offs against the others then – yeah – it still is heating up on the dance floor.
After dealing with Motown Night, ‘Dancing with the Stars‘ decided to crank up the intensity and challenge the dancers even more with Classical Night. After all, classical music is more difficult to dance to in comparison to anything contemporary.
'Dancing with the Stars' is already half-over, so we thought it was a good time to handicap the remaining contestants. Taking into consideration factors like their skills and apparent popularity with audience voters, here's how we think everyone will place.
