Here's a simple but hearty dish to keep you warm as winter lingers on!

Spaghetti with Brussel Sprouts And Sausage Breadcrumb Topping

1\2 lb spaghetti
1\4 cup good olive oil
1\2 lb brussel sprouts,thinly sliced(about 3 cups)
1\2 lb loose pork sausage
1 cup panko
2 Tbsps snipped chives
Kosher salt
Pepper
Lemon wedges

Directions

In a pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta till al dente. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, brown sausage, add brussel sprouts and cook over med heat, until sausage is brown and cooked thru. Stir in panko and cook until crisp. Stir in chives and season to taste with salt and pepper. Drain spaghetti. Top with sausage mixture, drizzle with olive oil and serve with lemon wedges.  ENJOY!!
