Online Voter Guide for Louisiana Elections

The League of Women Voters of Lafayette has launched an online voter guide, covering all Louisiana statewide, multi-parish, and parish races as well as local propositions and Constitutional amendments. The state website also covers Board of Elementary and Secondary Education (BESE Board) races, including duties of the office, candidates’ biographies, and contact information. Videos of some live election forums are provided, along with candidate responses to questions pertaining to each office and its issues where there are contenders: governor, lieutenant governor, secretary of state, and the commissioners of agriculture and forestry and of insurance. The website also shows redistricting maps. There's a lot to know before you step into the voting booth on October 22nd.
