Olympian Michael Phelps Arrested On Drunk Driving Charge

Olympic Gold Medalist Michael Phelps was arrested on a DUI charge early Tuesday morning. CNN reports, Phelps was arrested around 1:40 am, after being clocked at 84 mph in a 45 mph zone. He reportedly failed a field sobriety test and was taken into custody. Phelps has won more medals (22) than any Olympian in history. This is his second arrest on charges of DUI.
