Nominate Someone You Know For Spirit Award

Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center is now accepting nominations for its 2014 Franciscan Spirit Award which is a unique recognition program sponsored by a Mission Integration Committee. You are invited to nominate a special employee or volunteer who exemplifies the spirit and ideals of St. Francis of Assisi in their family and community.

One honoree is selected each year and the recipient of this award will be recognized at a special ceremony on April 30, as well as being announced in the local media.

This nomination form gives a detailed description of the core values your nominee should portray. The deadline to submit nominations is Friday, April 4 and completed forms must be individually mailed to the address listed below or emailed to info@lourdesrmc.com. Nominations can also be made using the Franciscan Spirit Award tab page on Facebook.
