Marilyn shares another simple to make, delicious treat with her 'Maple Mocha Brownies.'

Ingredients
 1 pkg brownie mix (13 in x 9 in pan size)
1\2 cup chopped walnuts
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 tsps instant coffee
1\2 cup brown sugar
1-1\2 tsps maple flavoring
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Prepare batter for brownie mix as directed for cake like brownies,stir in nuts and pour into 2 greased 9 in round baking pans
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from edge comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely.
In a large bowl, beat cream and coffee until stiff peaks form. Gradually beat in brown sugar, maple flavoring and vanilla.
Spread 1 1\2 cups over brownie layer, top with 2nd layer. Spread remaining cream mixture over top and sides. Garnish with chocolate curls or walnuts if desired. Store in refrigerator. Serves 12.  ENJOY!
