Kentucky Firm Recalls Cheeseburger Mac Products

Truitt Brothers Inc. recalls more than 1.5 million pounds of pasta and ground beef products, due to mis-branding and an undeclared allergen, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today. Kraft Velveeta Cheesy Skillets Singles - Ultimate Cheeseburger Mac with case codes 00210000432900, 00210000432910, 00210000432925, 00210000464000 and 00210000465100 are the products being recalled, as they are formulated with hydrolyzed soy protein and dried soy sauce, known allergens, which are not declared on some labels.

Kraft is recalling Ultimate Cheeseburger Mac products with these labels. (usda.gov)
