It Took Mother 6 Hours To Realize Her 3-Year-Old Was Missing, Again
Earlier I posted a story about irresponsible parents, and here's another case in point: police had a 3-year-old boy in protective custody 6 hours before his mother called to report him missing.
According to KCTV, this is the 3rd time that the Shawnee, KS, police were called because someone found this boy wandering around a parking lot: the first time, it was the apartment complex parking lot. The last 2 times, it was the Target parking lot.
What is happening to our children?
