If you are trying to serve your family a more nutritious breakfast, here's some good news...

A study just published in the journal "Pediatrics" by Yale researchers found that kids will eat and enjoy low-sugar cereals.  Six cereals were tested with kids from 5-12 years old.  Half were offered their choice of three high-sugar cereals, while the others got to choose between three high-sugar cereals.  The children rated the cereals after they ate and both groups either "liked" or "loved" their cereal.
