Free Admission to Museums This Saturday
Play tourist in your own backyard this weekend and visit any one of twenty-two Louisiana museums on Saturday, September 29, for free! 'Museum Day Live!' is an annual event hosted by Smithsonian magazine in which participating museums across the country open their doors to anyone presenting a Museum Day Ticket. Here's how to get your free admission for two!Visit Smithsonianmag.com and use the drop down menu to select the museum you'd like to visit. The list includes museums in Lafayette and St. Martinville and even the World War II Museum in New Orleans. Here's the full list of participating museums:
