Emily J. Has Never Had A Cajun Plate Lunch, Where Should Her First Come From?

Emily J has NEVER had a Cajun plate lunch.  I have the honor of buying her, her first plate lunch.  Now I know where my favorite places are to get a good plate lunch, but I certainly don't know where all the good places are.  That's why I need YOUR help.

Emily J., originally from upstate New York, has been in our neck of the woods for a few years now but has never had a plate lunch.  As a matter of fact, until today, she didn't know what a plate lunch was.
