CJ’s Daily Message: Vanity VS Pride [VIDEO]

 Vanity and pride are two different things.  I'll tell you this, they may often times be used synonymously but they are NOT the same.  Being proud of yourself is healthy, vanity will push people away.  So what's the difference?

A person may be proud without being vain.  Pride relates more to your opinion of yourself.  Vanity, to what you would have others think of you.

Tonight I have to thank Jane Austen for teaching me the difference.  In my opinion, the difference is having people be proud of you and support you or pissing them off.  Watch the video and ask yourself, are you proud of yourself?  Or are you pissing people off?  Keepin' it real, just keepin' it real.
