I'm certainly no doctor, but I'm 100% convinced that emotions such as anxiety, depression, sadness and stress take a toll on the body.  Tonight, my 'Daily Message' is simple, get hold of these emotions.  Find out how to best deal with the stresses in your life or better yet, how to remove them.

Negative emotions impact your physical health.  Stress such as depression, anxiety, sadness and the likes, trigger chemical reactions in your body that can lead to inflammation and even weaken your immune system.  There will always be dark days, so watch the video and let's figure out how to cope with these emotions.
