From Tuesday, September 2 through Wednesday, September 10, the La. DOTD says there will be alternating lane closures on the Interstate 10 Atchafalaya Basin Bridge for routine bridge inspections.

These inspections will take place between milepost 117 and milepost 127 (Whiskey Bay). Below is a list of the lane closures that will be happening next week:

  • September 2 – Interstate 10 eastbound – 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • September 3 – Interstate 10 westbound – 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • September 4 – Interstate 10 westbound – 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • September 6 – Interstate 10 westbound – 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • September 7 – Interstate 10 eastbound – 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • September 8 – Interstate 10 eastbound – 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • September 9 – Interstate 10 eastbound – 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • September 10 – Interstate 10 westbound – 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
