Baton Rouge Attorney Pleads Guilty To Child Porn Charge

A Baton Rouge Attorney has plead guilty to a child pornography charge. The Advocate reports, 62 year old William Steven Mannear entered the guilty plea on Thursday in federal court. The charges stemmed from a joint investigation by  the Naval Criminal Investigative Service, East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office, and the FBI. Mannear reportedly received child pornography on a computer during a three year span between 2009, and 2012. He faces up to 20 years in prison.
