People between the ages of 18 and 34 are the most stressed-out generation.  And you thought all they did was play video games and sit in front of the computer.

A study found that millennials- people between the ages of 18 and 34 are the most stressed-out generation. More than half of the people in the survey said stress keeps them up at night and over the past year, their level of stress has increased.

Being much older than those surveyed, I'm not sure if I personally agree with this next finding, but the study found that Millennials are more stressed than both their parents’ and their grandparents’ generations. Experts blame these mounting stress levels for the trend among millennials to get married and have children later, and say unemployment and debt are two main concerns that contribute to their anxiety.
