Microsoft's Windows 10 has not been the greatest thing since sliced bread for many around the world.  This story about a dissatisfied business owner originally appeared in the Seattle Times.  She was so unhappy, she sued and won.

Teri Goldstein, owner of a travel-agency business slowed down to a crawl when her computer tried to install the Windows10 Update and failed.  She claims she never authorized the update to even start.  She didn't know what Windows 10 was, nor did she want it on her computer.

The failed update nearly put her out of business.  Her business computer slowed down, would crash and sometimes be down for days.  She contacted Microsoft Support and after hours and hours on the phone, they were of no help in getting her business up and running.  So she sued.

The software giant awarded Goldstein a $10,000 judgement.  Microsoft denies fault and settled to avoid any further litigation costs.
