Will This Weekend’s Rain Forecast Get Worse?

Could tropical weather be in our near future? Forecasters in Miami are watching clouds and thunderstorms in the eastern Gulf of Mexico which are associated with a trough of low pressure. They are reporting that there is a 60% chance of development into a 'tropical cyclone' over the next couple of days. Dave Baker says whether it develops or not, rain is on the way for us.
