My husband remembers watching Archbishop Fulton Sheen on television as a child. Sheen was a popular celebrity in the 1950s and '60s. He was the star of a television program called 'Life is Worth Living' and was the head of the Society for the Propagation of the Faith for many years.  An Illinois family says intercession by Sheen saved their son.  A team of medical experts from the Vatican says there is no natural explanation for the baby's survival. He may quite possibly be named the next Catholic saint.

This is a recording of the last good Friday sermon he preached before his death in 1979.
