Who Needs To Rent Beach Chairs When You Have A Minivan? Not Me!

I came across this picture on my computer and I had to laugh out loud when I saw it. My girlfriend and I had taken a trip to Florida and had a few hours to kill before we could board the cruise ship.

When I asked her where she wanted to go, she said "I'd love to find a beach where we can hang out and I can read my book".

Well, we found a beach, but had no towels, and we didn't want to spend money on a full day's rental of chairs, so I did what my dad would have done: I removed the rear seats from the rental and put them on the beach!

It was only for a few hours. The sand was dry so it didn't stick to the seats (not that the rental company hasn't seen sand in a vehicle before). And my girlfriend was happy. Win-win-win, right?

Anyway, if you are out and about in a minivan and need an extra lawn chair, here's an idea for you!
