Wanna Keep From Getting Robbed? Throw Money!

Wanna keep from getting robbed?...Throw money! Say What?? That's what a man did Sunday night. According to Lafayette Police two suspects tried to steal a shoulder bag from a man while he  waited for his bus. The incident took place Sunday, June 2nd at the Greyhound bus station. The man was accosted at approximately 11:50 pm, and threw money on the ground.  The suspects picked it up and fled. The victim was uninjured.
City Police are asking anyone with information regarding this incident to contact Lafayette Police or call Crime Stoppers at 232-TIPS.
