Acadian Village's annual holiday display of lights, Noel Acadien au Village, will begin on Saturday, November 30th this year, and run through Sunday, December 23. This beautiful  Acadiana Christmas tradition is held nightly from 5:30 pm - 9:00 pm at 200 Greenleaf Drive in Lafayette. The proceeds help LARC with their year round activities supporting persons with developmental disabilities.

Volunteers are being sought to help set up the lights prior to the Second Annual First Look sneak peek event, which will be held on November 25th. A new animated Enchanted Forest will be added this year to the over half a million lights that will twinkle throughout the historic village during the holidays.

Volunteer opportunities are also available for individuals and groups throughout the holiday event, call Thomas Gott at (337) 981-2364 for further information.

Acadian Village will be closed throughout the month of November to set up this winter wonderland, but the gift shop will be open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm for holiday shopping.
