Reports are saying that an unidentified female victim was found dead inside of a Baton Rouge apartment by local deputies. The victim's boyfriend was reportedly taken into custody where he later confessed to shooting the woman.

East Baton Rouge Parish deputies are in search of a man who is accused of killing two people in Baker, LA, where he fled the scene of the crime with a 4-month-old baby. Eric Derell Smith is driving a blue Nissan Altima and considered to be armed and dangerous.
