Our beloved "Cajun Boudin Trail" is currently sitting at number 6 on USA Today's "Best Food Trail". We simply can't sit back and let this national treasure come in at a measly number 6, can we?
It's always been popular here, but most Americans have never tasted the yummy goodness of pork and rice and special seasonings packaged in the original to-go wrapper, pork casing.
We received this awesome video of the Boudin Festival from our friends at the City of Scott, Louisiana. It was made by Holbrook Multimedia. Thanks for the memories!
BoudinLink.com calls itself the "premier website for taste testing and rating all the links in Louisiana and beyond," and they may be right. If there's a better boudin resource anywhere in the world, we'd like to see it.
