Have you ever heard of boudin dip? Yes, boudin dip! A dip actually made with boudin but looks a lot like Mexican queso dip. It's delicious.

It's always been popular here, but most Americans have never tasted the yummy goodness of pork and rice and special seasonings packaged in the original to-go wrapper, pork casing.
