Southern University Tops List Of Worst Graduation Rates

Southern University in New Orleans doesn't make the grade, as reported by The Fiscal Times.

The numbers were pulled from the Chronicle of Higher Education, as of 2010.  Though article acknowledges that the art of determining which public universities have the worst graduation rate "isn't an exact science", it looks like Southern University at New Orleans has the worst record in the country, with a graduation rate of 4%.

LSU in Baton Rouge leads the state with a 58% graduation rate; UL comes in second with roughly 40%.
