Snow and Ice Blanket Louisiana State Highways [PHOTOS]

As snow continues to fall early Monday morning across most of South Louisiana, many of the interstates and highways are now covered in snow and ice.

State Police remind you to not get on the road today if you do not have to. Many communities have already put a curfew in place in an effort to deter any sightseeing.

We don't get these type of conditions often down south, so let's enjoy the view from the comfort of our own home and not get on the roadways.
