Small Fire Burns Building at Acadiana High School

(Scott, La.) According to KLFY, a small fire burned a building on the campus of Acadiana High School in Scott this evening. Authorities have confirmed no injuries.

Scott, Louisiana Fire Chief Chad Sonnier, told KLFY the fire started around 8 pm Monday evening. The fire was contained and extinguished inside a butler building on the campus of Acadiana High School.

No one was present on campus at the time of the fire. The fire is currently under investigation. The Scott Fire Department is working to determine the cause.
