Any homeowners that were impacted by the flooding that happened in August of 2016 will be able to attend meetings held next week about the Restore Louisiana Program.

If you were a victim of the flooding you are asked to fill out a survey before the July 20 deadline.

You may be able to received funds for damages to your home.

People will be on hand for both meetings to help you fill out the survey and explain what the benefits of the program are for your situation.

The first meeting is scheduled for 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Abbeville Brand of the Vermilion Parish Library which is at 405 East Saint Victor Street

The second meeting is scheduled for 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the South Regional Branch of the Lafayette library which is located at 6101 Johnston Street.
