Murder-Suicide Being Investigated In Lake Charles

32-year-old Kody Todd Fontenot of Branch and 25-year-old Mia Katherine Trahan of Kaplan were found dead Wednesday afternoon in a Calcasieu Parish home.

Lake Charles Police say Fontenot allegedly shot and killed Trahan, then turned the weapon on himself.

Officers were responding to a welfare concern call when they found the two bodies.
