Rainfall rates and rain intensity levels will be increasing today. The ground is already wet, so the additional rain today may cause some flooding. The rain should be ending late this afternoon, but the possibility of flash flooding will continue until 3PM for:

Acadia, Allen, Avoyelles, Beauregard, Calcasieu, East Cameron, Evangeline, Iberia, Jefferson Davis, Lafayette, Rapides, St. Landry, Upper St.
Martin, Vermilion, Vernon and West Cameron. in Southeast
Texas, Hardin, Jefferson, Northern Jasper, Northern
Newton, Orange, Southern Jasper, Southern Newton and Tyler.
