Leroy Fick is a Millionaire, and he's on Food Stamps! Fick won 2 million dollars from the Michigan Lottery last June, but is still eligible to receive food stamps under federal guidelines.  Lottery winnings don't have to be reported as income, so as long as Fick's income is less than the minimum level for Food Stamp eligilibility, he can continue to receive them.

"If you're going to try to make me feel bad, you're not going to do it," Fick told WNEM-TV in Saginaw on Monday.

If I won the Lottery, I'd buy a house in the Lafayette area, another on in North Carolina, near my Mother, and build one on the man-made lake in the Adirondack Mountains that I helped construct when I was in high school. What would you do?
